Equity Education
Check out my content space if you are looking for weekly posts and educational resources that unapologetically shine a light on the discrimination hiding in plain sight. Salt Box is a space for people who face intersecting isms to feel seen and for those who want to do better. The realities of workplace discrimination are too often discussed behind closed doors and in hushed tones. However, in my house, we talk the talk and say all the things — ALL of them.
Rooted in Indigenous and African diasporic values, we have partnered with McLean Consulting Group to provide those ready to learn with the opportunity to challenge everyday discrimination through storytelling, historical facts, and relationship building. Workshop #1: Words Carry Weight: An Examination of Workplace Language & Discrimination. Workshop #2: Indigenous Allyship. These workshops can be delivered virtually or in person, and you can choose to spend a day with us to include both workshops or book them separately. Content can be tailored to meet your organization's unique needs while ensuring that critical learning outcomes are covered.
